Don’t be too hard on yourself if this message didn’t sink all the way in the first time you heard it… your past really has nothing to do with your future. We may know that’s true intellectually, but when setbacks stir up old emotions, the limiting beliefs we’ve held the longest can often be the toughest to release.
The plain truth is that the results we’re experiencing today are nothing more than yesterday’s choices. They’re not who you are. They’re just what happened.
You’re only one choice… one new idea… away from new results and a new reality of your own making. So what keeps us stuck? Dwell on your past long enough… verbalize it often enough and with enough emotion… and it can become an identity.
Before long you’ll be seeking (and finding!) agreement everywhere with any limiting belief. The good news is that this same principle also works in reverse. Make a commitment today to walk OUT of your history and into the vision of abundance you deserve.

Thanks for another good information.
Hi Ylva,
What a great analogy, the only thing we can really get from the past is a knowledge we gained and knowing how we can use it to make our future better. So you are right, we should be looking forward with just the occasional look into the rear view mirror to remind herself what we should have learned.
Kind regards
Kevin
